Yes, all our products come with a risk-free 100-night trial as well as warranties. Your new Nosda mattress is covered by a 10 year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery to your home. All Nosda Mattress warranties are not transferable and extend only to the original purchaser.

In the event your received product is defective and if you are the original purchaser, kindly fill in the warranty form so we can get it sorted out for you right away.

Please ensure that your photos uploaded through the form replicate the examples provided, otherwise your claim may be denied or asked to retake the photos, which will delay the turnaround time.

Once we have received the form, we will notify you within 2–14 business days with the outcome of your warranty request.

The 100-night risk-free sleep trial begins on the date your product arrives. All you need to do is buy the product, receive it, and then try it for 100 consecutive nights. We recommend making your decision only after 30 days to give your body time to adjust and experience the product.

If you feel like it’s not for you, let us know before the trial period is over and we’ll give you a full refund minus any discounted fees received, plus RM200 to cover for transaction processing costs (credit card, merchant, and logistic fees), no questions asked. You have nothing to lose.
