The measurements for both packaging boxes are 50cm x 50cm x 100cm.
The Nosda mattress is professionaly compressed for ease of shipping. It may take 2โ3 days for the mattress to fully inflate to its correct shape, but you can still sleep on it right away. Compression of the foam layers removes any inconsistencies and mollifies density thus increases the materialโs longevity.
We recommend using a mattress protector and sheets that are washed or changed on a weekly basis to fully appreciate the mattress.

Warranty
All products include a risk-free 100-night trial and warranties ๐๏ธโ . Your Nosda mattress comes with a 10-year Limited Warranty from delivery ๐ . Warranties are non-transferable and exclusive to the original buyer.
Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
If you’re the original purchaser and receive a defective product, please submit the warranty form promptly ๐. Ensure uploaded photos match our examples to avoid claim denial or delays ๐ธ. You’ll be notified of your warranty request outcome within 2โ14 business daysโณ.
Care
We have designed Nosda with our customers’ best interests in mind, including ensuring that the mattress is easy to set up. To help you with the setup process, please follow these steps:
- Place the box in the room where you intend to use the mattress.
- Carefully remove the tape from the top of the box and lay it on the floor.
- Gently pull the mattress out of its plastic casing and position it on the headboard of your bed-frame. While the mattress is still in the plastic, unroll it towards the foot of the bed.
- Remove the plastic that secures the mattress, ensuring that you discard it properly.
- Allow the mattress to expand and reach its actual size for approximately 30-60 seconds. Please note that full calibration typically takes 2-3 days, but you can start using the mattress for sleep as soon as it becomes fully inflated.
Nosda mattresses are produced with the assistance of a leading partner factory in China, adhering to the highest industry quality standards. Many competitors claim their mattresses are manufactured locally, however their product components are imported from overseas. As a result, these products are assembled at a much higher cost, unlike Nosda mattresses.
Unfortunately, you are unable to do so without the proper industrial equipment!
Always remove your mattress cover before you clean it. Unzip it and wash it by hand with warm, soapy water, then hang it to dry fully.
Returns
The 100-night risk-free sleep trial begins on the date you received your product. All you need to do is buy the product, receive it, and then try it for 100 consecutive nights. We recommend making your decision only after 30 days to give your body time to adjust and experience the product.
If you feel like itโs not for you, let us know before the trial period is over and weโll give you a refund deduct any discounted fees received and deduct RM200 to cover for transaction processing costs (credit card, merchant, and logistic fees), no questions asked. You have nothing to lose.
Please be advised that buyers qualify for a 100-night return and refund offer for one (1) mattress only per shipping address.
We offer a 100-night trial period. If youโre not sold by night 100, you can return your product, even if youโve used it. You will get a refund deduct any discounted fees received and deduct RM200ย to cover for transaction processing costs (credit card, merchant, and logistic fees).
Each buyer qualifies for the 100-night return and refund for one (1) mattress per shipping address. Free exchanges for alternate mattress sizes are not included during the 100-night trial sleep period.
Return requests made after the trial period may be subject to additional fees.

Itโs not necessary for you to keep or return the original box in which your ordered product was packaged.
Unfortunately, 100-night sleep trial and 10-year warranty are both provided to the original purchaser only, and arenโt transferable.
Your refund will be issued once your return has arrived in our warehouse. It can take 2โ14 business days for the refund to be reflected on your method of payment.

We do not offer mattress removal services when delivering your Nosda mattress ๐. Consider contacting local recycling companies โป๏ธ, donating to charity ๐, or using your city’s bulk recycling pick-up service ๐๏ธ (ensure mattresses are wrapped in plastic).
Delivery dates are not guaranteed due to third-party handling and factors like weather and holidays ๐ง๏ธ๐. Keep an eye on your tracking number for updates ๐.
